Gut Health. How important is it? Your gut plays an important role in how your nervous system functions. Have you ever noticed how certain foods make your body react? Depending on what you eat, you could feel a lack of energy or feel bloated. You may also feel rejuvenated and energetic. It is important to be mindful of what you are putting into your body for this very reason.
Detoxing every morning with detox tea can help regulate your digestive system. In fact, drinking hot fluids in the morning helps eliminate bloating and discomfort. Probiotics and prebiotics also aid in regulating and balancing the good and bad bacteria produced in the gut.
One of my favorite detox teas consists of a shot of apple cider vinegar, a shot of ginger, and one tablespoon of lemon. I do this every morning to flush my body of any purities.
Did you know that gut health can affect your mood? A healthy gut equals vitality. You feel good when you eat raw foods, such as leafy green vegetables and fruits. Staying away from processed foods will help eliminate inflammation that causes bloating.
