Deborah Goodloe

Caregiver Supervisor

Each applicant is initially screened by Deborah Goodloe to determine qualifications, experience, and skill set.

Caregivers are background by Nationwide and DOJ database

All of our employees are registered with the California Department of Social Services as Home Care AIdes.

Approved applicants are then selected to part of our Rose Care University program.

The program consists of; a Hands-ON Skills Lab. Training Regarding His/Her Role as a Home Care Aide, Terms of Employment, Health Training, Safety Training, Infection Control Procedures and Emergency Procedures.
