Stock/Broth or water

Milk, cream, or half & half


How to make: 1. Place peeled pumpkin, onion, garlic, broth/stock and water into a pot;

2. Boil rapidly for 15 minutes or until pumpkin is tender

3. Use a stick blender or transfer to blender to blitz smooth

4. Adjust salt and pepper to taste, then add either milk OR cream



Pumpkin Pie

Ingredients:

1 (16oz) can pumpkin puree

1 (nine inch) unbaked pie Crust

1 (14oz) can sweetened condensed milk

2 Eggs

1 teaspoon of pumpkin Pie spice




How to make:


Step 1: Gather all ingredients

Step 2: Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).

Step 3: Fit pie crust into a 9-inch pie dish and place it on a baking sheet.

Step 4: Combine pumpkin puree, condensed milk, eggs, and pumpkin pie spice in a large bowl; mix until combined.

Step 5: Pour mixture into the pie crust.

Step 6: Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 degrees, and continue to bake until filling is set, 30 - 45 minutes.

Step 7: Remove from the oven, set on a wire rack, and cool completely before serving.

Step 8: Enjoy!
